Concrete Cutting
Although concrete cutting / asphalt sawing has been around for a very long time, the basic premise remains the same. A Circular diamond blade is mounted to motorized machine that cuts a small separation in the concrete to allow a portion of concrete or asphalt to be removed, while leaving in tack the other area of concrete or asphalt that is to remain. There can be many reasons why one would need such a service, a few examples would be: Cutting in the roadways or streets for new utilities to be installed. For example, Passing plumbing pipes from one floor to the next. Or, passing electrical lines through concrete or masonry walls or floors. Another example, core drilling a curb hole in the curb face so a drain line can be installed underneath the sidewalk.
Wall Sawing
Wall sawing is a service where you cut a square or rectangle opening in a concrete or masonry wall. The application would be to add a doorway in a concrete building. Or, to cut a opening in a masonry wall for a A/C duct. Wall sawing is a process where special tracks are mounted to a wall along with a power unit and circular saw blade. Two horizontal cuts and two vertical cuts are made in the wall and then the wall can then be pushed over for demolition and removal.
Demolition and Concrete Breaking Removal
Bobcat loaders with breaker attachment are used to break concrete and asphalt into small pieces to allow for pickup and disposal.
